The debris recovery tool will assist federal, state, local and tribal emergency personnel to quickly identify recycling, composting, and disposal facilities near affected areas that may be able to accept disaster debris. The recovery tool can also assist with debris management planning by identifying potential facilities before a disaster occurs, which can help communities recover faster.

National Pipeline Mapping System (DOT PHMSA) |
The National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) is a dataset containing locations of and information about gas transmission and hazardous liquid pipelines and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plants which are under the jurisdiction of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). The NPMS also contain voluntarily submitted breakout tank data. The data is used by PHMSA for emergency response, pipeline inspections, regulatory management and compliance, and analysis purposes. It is used by government officials, pipeline operators, and the general public for a variety of tasks including emergency response, smart growth planning, critical infrastructure protection, and environmental protection.

National Streamstats and Travel Time Application (USGS) |
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) released a beta version of a travel time application for streams and rivers across the United States. This web-based mapping application can be used to estimate plume trajectories and travel times in rivers. The application was funded by the Department of the Interior's (DOI) Inland Oil Spill Preparedness Program.

Chemical Integrator (EMCI) identifies the chemicals in these systems. Using this
integrator, you can learn details about a chemical substance, such as chemical
names, discharge limits, and reported releases without knowing how the chemical
is identified in the various program office systems throughout the Envirofacts
database.
